Authors will have the option to present their work at in-person or at virtual conference. Presenting authors in order to upload abstract, paper and presentation should register and pay online by July 30, 2021. Please take note that at least one author per paper will need to pay.
Please take note that the Conference fees do not include the colloquium registration fee and it is possible to attend the Conference without attending the Colloquium.The conference fee payment is needed to submit an accepted paper/s
Additional Paper FeeAny additional paper submitted by the same lead author is required to pay USD 400.00 to cover the cost of processing for inclusion in the Program and in the Online Proceedings.
Please take note that it is possible to attend the Colloquium without attending the conference. The colloquium fee is not included in the Conference Registration Fee
In-person and Virtual Conference Group Registration FeeDiscounted registration fee is offered to employees of the same organization who register as a group at the same time:- 3 to 6 registrants, off 10%- 7 to more registrants off 15%Please contact the Conference Organization for Group Registration procedure.
Cancellation and Refund PolicyRegistration can be canceled at any time and all personal data associated with the registration will be deleted in all conference data base and e-mail lists. Cancellation has to be requested by writing at: firstname.lastname@example.orgRegistration fee can be refunded (less 200 US$ handling fee, for in-person conference registration or 50 US$ handling fee, for virtual conference registration) only if notification is given in writing before July 30, 2021. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded.All refunds will be processed after the Conference. The Conference reserves the rights to cancel or substantially modify the conference program due to unforeseen circumstances not under its control and limits its liability to registration fee refunds only.
SubstitutionsSubstitution may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Requests of desired substitutions must be made to the Organizing Committee.
