1. INTRODUCTION
The FGM Events LLC has long recognized that individuals with whom we conduct business value their privacy. The FGM Events LLC also collects domain information as part of its analysis of the use of this site. The FGM Events LLC may use for three (3) years after the year of registration your personal information stored in its Data Base for its business purposes, such as to alerting you to its products and services, promoting conference registration and assisting in website registration.
The FGM Events LLC may share your information (with the exception of account, credit card, and ordering information) with third parties, e.g. specific sponsoring organizations; companies that can alert you about new products and services; and certain organizations when we believe in good faith that the law requires it. Except as stated in this Privacy Statement, or as otherwise stated at the time personal information is gathered, we will not provide this information to third parties.
6. CONSENT
By using FGM Events LLC services (for example, when you register to the Conference website, purchase a product or service, communicate with us, or use interactive portions of our websites and applications), you consent to our collection, use and sharing of your PII as described in this policy.
7. ACCESSING AND UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
If you are a registered user, you can access your account information and make corrections or updates upon log-in. The accuracy of such information is solely your responsibility. You may also separately contact us to request access to other PII about you which is in our possession.
8. CANCELLATION
Registration to the Conference website automatically expires at the end of each Conference for which the registration has been made.
Registration can be cancel, upon request, at any time and all personal data associated with the registration will be deleted in all conference data base and e-mail lists. If at any point you wish to cancel your registration you can simply contact us at organizingcommittee@kaconf.com
If you request to cancel your registration, we will endeavor to fulfill your request but some PII may persist in backup copies for a certain period of time and may be retained as necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with our legal obligations.
9. INFORMATION SECURITY
We use security measures to secure the confidentiality of your PII and to protect it from loss, misuse, alteration, and destruction. However, due to the design of the Internet and other factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and our servers will be free from unauthorized access by third parties or by government agencies. You remain responsible for protecting your user name and passwords and for the security of information in transit to us over the Internet.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
As new services are offered or as existing services are improved, we may need to update this policy. When we do so we will post the changes here. We may also e-mail our registered users with the new details. We encourage you to review this policy from time to time to stay informed about how we are protecting the PII you provide. Your continued use of our services covered by this policy constitutes your consent to the practices in place at the time of your use.
